Azara IV (17 July 1732 – 3 May 1811) was the daughter of Elcmar IV of Trellin. She was Queen of Trellin, Empress of Hysera and Queen of the Isles of Velar from 1780 until her death. Her marriage, in 1765, to Prince Taraúz of Elori produced two children, Tovelindra III and Sumarhez, Prince of Elori.

Azara's right to inherit the throne of the Kingdom of the Isles of Velar was challenged by Prince Miró of Txir in 1769, when her father claimed its throne on the death of her stepmother and his second wife Queen Tarien. This led to the War of the Velaran Succession, which ultimately secured her claim. When she rose to the three imperial thrones, she granted a general amnesty to large numbers of Miróists who had previously been in hiding.
