The company is a result of the merge of several smaller holdings in 1905, including the AZS, the oldest automotive factory in the country. Since its formation AndKar specialized mostly on light vehicles and piston engines; it pioneered the 6-cylinder V and the 16 to 24 H-shaped engine layouts in the early 20th century. Engines produced by AndKar powered the biggest part of the Romellenic tank fleet during the Second Great War and afterwards. AndKar began producing light cars and APCs for the military in the 50s, creating a series of successful amphibious scout car designs. In 1979 it was privatized and suffered from the lack of military orders within the country. AndKar was one of the first Romellenic companies to transfer its production to neighbouring countries. It began redesigning its military vehicles to fit civil use during the 1980s, and soon switched to designing solely-civil light cars and trucks. In 1996, after an agreement with the Romellenic government, the controlling stake of 50%+1 was bought by the state of Romellea.
FISAR		Aerospace and defence	State-owned	Aeia	The Federal Institute for Space and Aeronautics Research (FISAR) is an aerospace and defence consortium based in Romellea. FISAR is one of the oldest companies in Aeia that designs, produces and sells aircraft. Formed in 1902 as Aero-Disajnerska Fabrika Lozineć (ADFL), it started producing light flying boats and pioneered the commercial and military aviation. In the 1910s through a series of big military tenders the company grew rapidly and expanded to many neighbouring countries, including Veleaz and Hisaristan. After the September Revolution of 1922, the company was nationalized. The economic reforms of Červenkov in the late 1930s saw the company divided into several design departments controlled directly by the aviation ministry of People's Republic of Romellea. It was reformed again by Željazkov in 1956, when the former design departments were merged together with several aeronautical institutes and universities to form what is now known as FISAR. The company is now renowned for its huge line of civil and military passenger and cargo, and combat aircraft, helicopters, engines, navigation equipment and space capsules and satellites. FISAR is by far the biggest company in Romellea by net income, counting for 23% of the export income of the country, and is the heart of an international aerospace conglomerate responsible for the production of a big number of aircraft. FISAR is the biggest company by revenue in Sifhar, and the biggest domestic employer in Romellea and a major employer in countries like Hisaristan and others. It has 16 subsidiaries, including FISAR Commercial Aviation, FISAR Defence, FISAR Space, etc.

The corporation was responsible for the first steam car, the first automobile, the first mass-produced tractor and the first flat-4 engine outside Asura, as well as the pioneer of the Karaulov half-track car, the direct predecessor of the modern tank. Iskar-Kamčija became the sole designer of most of the Romellenic interwar tanks, some of its designs, such as the M26 tank are now known as one of the most successful tanks during the Second Great War. During the cold war, the corporation specialized in heavy armoured vehicles as well as buses, trams and engines. After its privatization in 1983, it was rebranded to Gladiator H.I. Today, the company is the biggest automotive producer in Romellea, the biggest domestic military supplier, and one of the major domestic employers, with 16.8% of the workplaces being registered to it or its subsidiaries.

It has 64,000 employees and generated $21.9 billion in revenues in 2018. It is also the 13th largest defence contractor in the world and 55% of its total sales are military sales. QuanTech is the biggest supplier of electronic equipment for military vehicles in Romellea. It is also the designer of a series of computers widely exported throughout Aeia. The company also supplies a vast majority of small radioactive parts for the aerospace industry and has cooperation contracts with several international organisations, including the ASA. Romatom also has cooperation contracts with the governments of Dosceriche and Veleaz on nuclear reactor elements import and maintenance.

The airline is a subsidiary of The Skytrain Group Limited, which is wholly owned by the government of the Republic of Samarjansk. It is one of the largest airlines in Aeia, operating over 1,780 flights per week from its main hub at Ivan Vazov International Airport in Samarjansk, to more than 59 cities in 11 countries across the Aeia. Cargo activities are undertaken by Skytrain Cargo. Skytrain is the world's first largest airline in scheduled revenue passenger-kilometres flown, the first-largest in Romellea in terms of international passengers carried, and the second-largest in terms of freight tonne-kilometres flown. From March 2016 to February 2017 Skytrain had the longest non-stop commercial flight from the Romellea to Liberimery. Founded in 1923 as Air Caligo in Samarjansk, the airline was a startup by the businessman and inventor Yuriy Lomonosov. It served the first airline in the Romellenic Empire, carrying mail between Samarjansk and Bjalgorod. Skytrain operates a mix of wide- and medium-body airliners, all of which are domestically produced by FISAR aircraft consortium. The main type in the fleet is the C818, numbering 135 aircraft. Founded in 1894 as a mining and drilling tools manufacturer Daimyo was expanded in 1935 after receiving lucrative contracts from the Lhaeraidh government to design the tunnelling machines which would go on to be used in the construction of numerous infrastructure projects. The company was initially founded in Huangjin but moved its headquartered to Aurharbwr in 1923, however it maintains a large research and development facility on the grounds of its former HQ. Presently Daimyo is the main provider of tools and specialised building equipment for the Trans-Asuran Hyper Speed Rail Network, a series of contract, both government and private have allowed it to export its goods on a large scale.

Formed from the merger between military ground vehicle manufacturer Grendel Defence Inc. and the Huangjin based Shouyi Military Aviation Company in 1957, Grendel Shouyi now manufactures military vehicles for use on land and in the air. Most notable among their current contracts are the MBT Mk1 which serves as the main battle tank of the R-FA as well as the Araabyne, the GAH 6 assault transport helicopter, and the VUH utility and transport helicopter which is used by both the R-FA and the FAM.

Additionally Mag-Torc is one of tir Lhaeraidd's largest domestic employers.

In 1964 Nathan Tsoto, then head of Met Fabrikan, collaborated with Lucas Nvemba of Gep Fabrikan to design and build a prototype armoured personnel carrier for entry into trials by the R-FA, the resulting vehicle proved to be remarkably effective for a first attempt and Tsoto and Nvemba secured a contract to manufacture sixty of the carriers by the end of 1967. In 1975 Met Fabrikan absorbed Gep Fabrikan after securing new contracts with the R-FA and the company continues to manufacture military vehicles as well as engines and commercial vehicles.
