Périnnois is the capital city, largest city, province, major port, and leading commercial center of Ossinia. The city has a population of 1.1 million inhabitants, and it spans a total of 781.58 km2. The city is the center of the Ossinian government, and home to various ministries, headquarters of businesses and over 60 diplomatic offices, though the majority of these have been closed following international sanctions during the Martin Saint-Yves regime.
