The Democratic States of North Icadania, most commonly known as North Icadania, is a nation in the Coalition of Crown Albatross located on the continent of Nortua, bordered by Syraranto, Vuswistan, New Ansion, and New Judsi. The history of the region dates back to antiquity, beginning with the kingdom of Icadania. Following centuries of contention between the Constantio Empire and Utobanian Empires, it was one of the few states that became independent before the 1800's. In recent history, North Icadania has become a lower regional power, often overshadowed by the governments of Syraranto and Vuswistan. However, with the collapse and turmoil of the Second Syraranto Civil War, North Icadania has begun supplying rebel forces and gaining an influence in foreign affairs.
North Icadania is a member state of several international organizations such as the Coalition of Crown Albatross and the Sotoan Basin Union.
