Purple Community is the younger of the two predecessors to the Sekidean Union. It, unlike the Shanghou Pact, was dedicated for cultural and political cooperation rather than military buildup and security purpouses. From the Purple Community was contributed the idea of joint history (via article 7 of the [[Sekidean Union#All-Union rules|Sekidean Charter]]), trade benefits and trade synchronisation (articles 2, 3 and 8).
