Located on the shore of the Tarin Sea, it has a population of 2,432,000. The city serves headquarters and offices of many international organizations, such as the Coalition of Crown Albatross and the Western Euronia Defense Alliance. It is one of the larger cities in Northwest Euronia outside Zamastan and Gladysynthia, and the second largest city after Forgeheim, Ruskayn, on the "Caspiaan Stretch", which includes the islands of Ruskayn, Caspiaa, and southern Baytonia.
