The Confederacy of Nebetia, most commonly known as Nebetia, is a nation located on the continent of Adula, bordered by Qolaysia with maritime borders shared with Cyruda, Saint Croix and Bens, and Alecburgh. Nebetia is a member of multiple international organizations, including the Southeastern International Association of Adula and the Coalition of Crown Albatross. It is led by President Brett Highland. It has a population of 7,273,000, and its capital and largest city is Neregas.
Oil reserves were discovered in commercial quantities in 1938. In 1946, crude oil was exported for the first time. From 1946 to 1982, the country underwent large-scale modernization. In the 1980s, Nebetia experienced a period of geopolitical instability and an economic crisis following the stock market crash. In 1990, the nation of Mastava was invaded, and later annexed, by Nebetia under Peter Rust to the criticism of the international community.
Nebetia is a constitutional sovereign state with a semi-democratic political system. Nebetia has a high-income economy backed by the world's eleventh largest oil reserves. The Nebetia lira is among the highest valued currencies in the world.Nebetia is home to the largest opera house in Southern Adula.

The foreign affairs of Nebetia are handled at the level of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Nebetia is a member of multiple international organizations, including the Coalition of Crown Albatross, Coalition Trade Organization, and the Southeastern International Association of Adula.

Nebetia has a petroleum-based economy, petroleum is the main export product. The Nebetia lira is among the highest-valued unit of currencies in the world. Petroleum accounts for half of GDP and 90% of government income. Non-petroleum industries include financial services. In the past five years, there has been a significant rise in entrepreneurship and small business start-ups in Nebetia. The informal sector is also on the rise, mainly due to the popularity of social media businesses.
Nebetia is a major source of foreign economic assistance to other states through the Nebetia Fund for Southern Adulan Economic Development, an autonomous state institution created in 1961 on the pattern of international development agencies. In 1974, the fund's lending mandate was expanded to include all developing countries in the world.
