Jean Levasseur was the 19th President of Zamastan, succeeding President Thomas Dubois in the 1908 Election and serving two terms from 1908 to 1912, losing his reelection bid to Bret Mathis. He is most known for his leadership during the Elkjop War, particularly the independence of Vulkaria and the aqcusition of the Holish Islands.
