Fougere is a city located in Zamastan. It is the capital and largest city of the province of Cayenne. It is located on the shore of the Olympic Ocean and is immediately ajacent to and serves as the main port of entry on the border of Rio Palito. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches, long association with the Zamastanian Naval Forces, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center.
