Television in Zamastan officially began with the sign-on of the nation's first television stations in Tofino, Arinals, Providence and Emerald in 1953. As with most media in Zamastan, the television industry, and the television programming available in that country, strongly influence media in other nations across Iearth, but also takes plenty of influence from other major industrialized nations.

As a whole, the television networks that broadcast in Zamastan are the largest and most distributed in the world, and programs produced specifically for Zamastanian-based networks are among the most widely syndicated internationally. Major Zamastanian channels include the ZBC, TBS, CTC, and Channel 5. Additionally, Vitosian channels like Noble and Cuisine Network are popular.
