Humphrey Bullock (born October 25th, 1931) is a Zamastanian lawyer and jurist who serves as the senior associate justice on the Supreme Court. After the retirement of Arthur O. Ridge, Bullock was appointed by President Cassious Castovia on April 3rd, 1984, making him the longest serving justice on the Court at 40 years, 232 days, as well as the Court's oldest member. Bullock is considered to be the staunchest conservative on the Court.
