Natasha Lexi Chastain is a Zamastanian-Avergnonian politician who serves as the 84th Speaker of the Chamber, succeeding Larious Maxwell following his resignation and after the election of Atticus Moreau to the Presidency. Chastain is a member of the Green Liberal Party, and is only the third woman in Zamastanian history to hold the office of Speaker of the Chamber after Dani Hawthorn (2000-04) and Amella Gavin (1962-64).

Chastain's parents are Avergnonian citizens, giving Chastain duel-citizenship. Her mother's family were Avergnonian immigrants who fled to Zamastan during the World War, and her father was a businessman who immigrated to Zamastan in the 1970s. Chastain was born in Verdesia (Aebutius) in 1976 and grew up in the suburbs in moderate wealth. She attended Aebutius North University and graduated with a degree in political science.
