The Hiseran Broadcasting Group, also shortened to HISCAST and known by the abbreviation HBGTV, is the Public Broadcasting Group of Hisera, being directly funded by the Hiseran Government but not being controlled by it. It is an indicator that the government sees the source as either:
- Influential/Popular
- Historical/Having had a significant impact on Hiseran Culture
- or run by a state-owned media company (usually the HBC)
In the context of the HBG, 'Broadcasting' refers to most forms of Media, including both analogue and digital.
