The Spring Isles or simply the Vorey Isles (Vorease: Voreyjar) are a North Adlantic Ocean archipelago that are a tribal region which is part of the Tribal Oligarchy of Ulfheimr.

Etymology

In Varose, the name appears as Vároyggj. Oyggj represents the plural of oy, older Várose for 'island'. Due to sound changes, the modern Faroese word for island is oyggj. The first element, Vár, is believed to represent the Old Norse word (‘spring’).
