Goja is the largest city in Baltica, home to a population of 1,051,389 people. For over half a millenium, the city had acted as the Capital of Baltica. Goja is situated along Northern Banks of the Bay of Goja, within Central Baltica. It is the current capital of the Republic of Liplan Kretin, and also home to the Baltican Stock exchange.

Goja was first established in 1436, by Lord Arnold the Conqueror (1389-1448), who established the city during his Northern Invasion of Baltica, after which it shortly became his defacto home and capital. After Arnolds death, the city became an increasingly more important economic and cultural hub, eventually serving as the home of the Baltican Royal family, and acting as the Capital of the Kingdom of Baltica.
