The capital city of Paço as seen from the sky.

The country is divice into 5 territories and the Paço district. The capital city of Paço was founded in a neutral zone between the states that formed Emakera. Construction started in early 1974, and it was finished in February 21st, 1979. The city stands tall to this day. Since the days of the Emperor Peter I, whose domains extended from the current Emakeran nation to a few pieces of land on the north of the country, there has been a place reserved for a future capital of the empire. But, after the death of Peter I, and the end of monarchy in Emakera, the nation was divided in several autonomous states. These states preserved the place reserved for the capital as a neutral territory. In 1973, with the unification of the Emakeran states, the plans of building a capital were revised by authorities of the states. A famous architect was chosen to build the city. The city is divided like a plane, with several surrounding towns known as "satellites". The buildings are usually bizarre-shaped, and filled with curves and arches. Houses and buildings are usually in a dull, rectangular shape, while prominent buildings are usually left to the imagination.[2]
