Symbols

The Red Cross on a white background is the original protection symbol. The goal is to establish a global and neutral safety symbol. The Red Cross flag is not to be confused with the cross which is on the flags of Magnaeus or Vanarambaion. To avoid this confusion, the symbol is sometimes referred to as the Hellenic Red Cross.

The Red Crystal symbol

The Red Crystal (sometimes also referred to as the Red Lozenge or Red Diamond) was introduced in Orioni after a discussion for numerous years about the neutrality of the Cross as it relates to Tacolism. Following an unplanned vote, the protocol was adopted after a quorum successfully achieved the required two-thirds majority.
