In addition, any citizen that can prove they have enough influence, be it through the backing of a seated political party or their own means, may participate in the election, regardless of their age or other factors.
Zaxar	The Emperor	No direct election	The Emperorship is held by the Zaxar Dynasty and is inherited by the first born child of the reigning Emperor or that Emperor's designated successor (if they feel that their first born child is unfit to rule). The Emperor or Empress has absolute power in the nation.
Great Xio	The Mountain Lord	No direct election	The Vosō Ne (Mountain Lord) is the theocratic head of government and state of the empire of Great Xio with limited constitutional control. The next Mountain Lord is appointed by the Imperial Government in a vote amongst the last Mountain Lord's direct descendants and the direct descendants of his niblings. Each Mountain Lord rules for life or until they retire, and can dismiss or appoint any individual to any position within any of the governments within Great Xio.
