Auhagen, officially Auhagen am Lumière, is the capital and largest city of Novanar by both area and population. Its 5,576,000 inhabitants, as of 31 December 2020 makes it the most-populous city in Aurelia, according to population within city limits. One of Novanar's 7 consituent states, Auhagen is surrounded the state of Zentrale. Auhagen's urban area has a population of around 6.4 million and is the most populous urban area in Novanar.
Auhagen sits between the banks of the Lannord and Asgen rivers, which flow into the Typhon Sea. Among the city's main topographical features are the many lakes in the eastern and northwestern boroughs formed by the Lannord and Asgen rivers (the largest of which is Lake Lumière). Due to its location south of the Typhon Sea, Auhagen is influenced by a hot-summer Typhon climate. About one-third of the city's area is composed of forests, parks, gardens, rivers, canals and lakes.
