The City-States

Each Ward comprises ten districts, and generally a city state has ten wards. While the city thus looks whole it is actually split into individual sections with each adding to the flow with their own agencies all working as one for the appearance and function of one entity.

(Districts are numbered after specific ward, so if one were to visit. Their family or friend would say, I live in Prathen Ward Hattusa, District 9 and then a numbered address within.)

Prathen

Status: Capitol.
Specifically the Hierapolis Ward which houses the entirety of the Imperial Districts and so on. It is one of the second oldest city-state, founded initially during the time of the Warlord Yas'kem Adura (estimated 165), during what is known as the Time of Tears, before the unification under the First Emperor.

During the process of the Unification Wars, Prathen became apart of the new empire in 283, just over a century after its founding as a city-state.

In the hills and valleys that surround or are apart of Prathen, summers are temperate while winter temperatures can plummet to sub zero.

This does not disdain Haru from making a pilgrimage to the city-state however, for many in the country, winter is the ideal time to relax and recharge your batteries. Prathen is famous for its special blend of natural beauty and luxury, making it the ideal city for a winter wellness break. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains, it offers nature, shopping, but also pure pleasure and relaxation.

It is also a center for hospitality, offering indoor and outdoor pools, steam baths and relaxation industries aimed to make the individual happier, healthier, and content.
One of Prathen’s distinctive features is the incredible quality of life it offers its residents and visitors (They are rare). This quality of life is due to the city’s great concentration of activities and unique places in a small geographical area. As a result, a citizen or visitor can enjoy a rich cultural and historical heritage just by wandering around.

The many wards and distracts are easy to visit on foot, taking the time to enjoy the landscape and the city-state’s gentle atmosphere. Need to recharge your batteries along the way? The many cafés and restaurants along the way will delight gourmets. For an unusual experience with a 360° view of the central districts, walk to Dycda uv Bmaycina, a Haru institution and, above all, a place where you can enjoy one of the best fondues in the city in a friendly and authentic atmosphere.

If doing everything on foot seems too tiring, the city’s traditional rickshaw's, will take you from one side of the city to the other. The electric service bikes are available for hire throughout the city thanks to the Imperial Ministry of Travel mobile app.

Economy

Prathen is one of the major industrial centers of the Imperial Domain. Heavy industries, especially metallurgy and military production, are predominant in the area, notably the Prathen Metallurgical Kombinate (BSG), owned by the mining corporation Cbyta. Other important industries include Prathen Tractor Plant (BDB), Prathen Electrode Plant (BAB), the machine part-producing Prathen Forge-and-Press Plant (BVyBB), the crane-producing Prathen Mechanical Plant (BSB), and Prathen Tube Rolling Plant (BDnB), which produces large-diameter pipes for use in pipelines.

Prathen Zinc Plant (BWB), owned by the Kunya Mining and Metallurgical Company, produces about 2% of the wurld's zinc supply and over 60% of the Haru supply. Xanthos Road Machinery Plant (QNSB) produces construction machinery and dump trucks for the manufacturer Kunya Colonial Trade Authority which operates within Greater Kaldana.

Merv Watch Factory produces pocket watches, as well as technical watches for use in aircraft and ships. In 1980, Merv watches were given as gifts to high ranking naval officers of foreign navies.

The agro-industrial company VCI-Hidak, the largest producer of pasta within the imperial domain, is based in Prathen. The largest manufacturer of footwear in the imperial domain, Kraz Footwear Firm, owns a factory in Prathen. The city-state is also home to the agricultural firm Konsumitol, which leads in the production of beverages and meat products in the central lands of the imperial domain.

In recent years, Prathen has had a significant role in other sectors of the imperial domain's economy, hosting insurance firms, logistics centers, tourism, And important regional banking firms, such as SSBT and ImpCred.

There are several large shopping malls. The largest of them are Remmc (Anglish: Hills), built in 2007 with an area of 55,000 square metres (590,000 sq ft), and Mujamo Pnaawa (Anglish: Lovely Breeze) built in 2011 with an area 135,000 square metres (1,450,000 sq ft)). At least two more are under construction: Zyta (Anglish: Jade), and Nipo (Anglish: Ruby), beginning construction in 2015 and 2018, with planned areas of 220,000 and 350,000 square metres (2,400,000 and 3,800,000 sq ft), respectively.

Horus

Horus is home to numerous Haru corporations, the Zeboim Temple, the Horus Opera and Ballet Theatre, as well as the Horus Imperial Naval Base, Naval Academy and the site of the 3rd Imperial Legionary. It is also served by Tolma Aeroport, a very busy cargo and civilian passanger site, and a growing commercial hub near Ttoile city-state.

It is one of two passing points for citizens/other foreigners into the greater territory of the Imperial Domain of the Imperium. The other being the city-state Hades further to the southwest, below that of Ttoile city-state.

Urban Layout
The layout of the modern city is based on the planning of the post-revolution period. Before the annexation of the Northern Territories, there was no traditional city center in Horus. The main buildings of the railway management and the nearby railway station as well as the most important temple and the complex of the city's government were spread throughout the city.

The Haru infrastructure project brought many changes to the development of the city: Its former Market Square was chosen as the site for the construction of the Opera House. The Hakon Park of Culture and Rest was established some distance from the main avenue and the city's administrative buildings and park created a radial around the Zeboim Temple.

There are three main roads or highways (H1, H2, and H3), two railway (R1, R2), and one metro bridge within the city limits. The dam of the Dnuid (Trout) Hydroelectric Station located on the territory of the city, is also used for road traffic.

Location
The city stands on the banks of the Cetan Sea in the furthest Northwestern territory. The southern boundary of the city runs through the Pycc (Bass) reservoir, which is formed by the dam of the Dnuid Hydroelectric Station and cuts through the Cduha vyla (Stone Face) Plateau.

Hades

Hades is an amalgamation of, and successor to, several older Haru settlements. A waypoint named Ostrog was established nearby in 1657 on a road from Tok to Kuzsk fortress. In 1701, the settlement of Shovsk was founded on the left bank of the Kaibr River; soon it became a village. By 1859, seven villages existed where modern Hades is now: Shovsk, Ilka (named in 1734), Yev, Kras Yar, Kur-Iski , Daovo, and Bor. In 1721, coal was discovered in the area. The first coal mines were established in 1907, later a chemical plant was established in 1916. By 1917, the population of Shovsk had grown to around four-thousand people.

The area's further development was boosted by the construction of a railway between Yur'Vek and Kol'Nar, with a connection between Tok and Shovsk. Shovsk was granted town status on May 9, 1918, which is now considered to be the date of the city-state's roots and founding.

The town became the central location for the Hades Autonomous Industrial Colony which was established there in 1921. Citizenry from across the imperial domain settled there and set up what became the Hades Chemical Production Plant. Some of their descendants visited the modern factory in 2020. On May 27, 1932, Shvosk was renamed Hades in honour of the industrial colony's efforts at modernization and infrastructure work over the decade or so of effort.

Economy

The industrialization of Hades was driven and underpinned by coal mining and by the heavy industry based on the availability of coal. It remains an important industrial city, built up during the pre-collapse period, with important steel, aluminum and machinery based manufacturing plants along with chemical, fertilizer, and other manufacturing industries. Since the re-emergence after the Collapse, the city's industries have experienced a decline, however, with the rise of new trading partners, it is returning slowly but surely. Major companies based in the city include Merchantile House Aier Duathe.

Transportation

Public transport
The public transport network of Hades consists of seventy city bus routes (including 6 seasonal), sixty-three suburban (including 35 seasonal), fifty-three public taxi routes (including 2 seasonal), five tram, and nine trolleybus routes.

six-hundred-eighty-six transport units enter the streets of the city every day, including:

201 buses of city and suburban routes;
364 units of route taxis;
121 units of electric transport

Air transportation
The city is served by Hades International Airport that reside two and a half kilometres to the south-east of the city. It has one runway with artificial turf of class B that length is 3200 meters. There are two bus routes to the airport - 101 and 126.
