Idrytocracy (from Greek: ιδρυτήςκρατία Idrytikratia, from Idrytis, meaning founder, and kratos, meaning rule) is a system of government, similar to Oligarchy, whereby the government is controlled by the founders of the nation and their families.
It was effectively used in early Delamaria, where a large majority of members of congress and all of the first presidents were founders of Delamaria or belonged to the families of founders.
