Leopold II was the first elected Emperor of Dolchland from 1777 to 1782, and King of Habstria from 1742 until his death in 1782. He is best known for being the first to be elected emperor by the Diet of Electors in 1777. He was born in 1696 to King Leopold I of Habstria, and Carolina von Berta-Heinfeldes of Bessen-Katzenelm.
Leopolid II was likely the most powerful man in all of Dolchland, being the one to found the Empire of Dolchland in 1777.
