This Eurth-related article is a stub.The Montmaine doctrine, sometimes referred to as "trickle down diplomacy", is a doctrine of diplomacy used by the Delamarian government, it was formed by then President of Delamaria Henley Montmaine in the early 1950s. In practice, it means that Delamaria will focus its diplomatic resources in regional powers, so that it can then exert its diplomatic influence on nations within that power's sphere of influence.
