Motoharu-chū (Esonian: 素晴中; Shu-kin: 精彩的中學), officially the Independent Administrative Area of Motoharu-chū (abbr. IAAM; Esonian: 素晴中独立行政区域, Motoharu-chū Dokuritsugyōsei Kuiki; Shu-kin: 索羅塞納卡獨立行政區) is a independent territory in Esonice. With TBA million residents of various nationalities in a TBA territory, Motoharu-chū is one of the most densely populated territories in the world.
Motoharu-chū was established as a colony of the Kingdom of Seylos after the Serene Kingdom of Esonice ceded the Motoharu Territories in TBA. The colony expanded to the Kyūryū Peninsula in TBA and was further extended when the Seylos TBA. The whole territory gained independence in TBA after a series of violent riots.
Originally a sparsely populated area of farming and fishing villages, the territory is now one of the region's most significant entertainment centers and commercial ports.
