James Leckhampstead Jr. is a Delamarian politician and governor of Providence. He is the son of former President James Leckhampstead Sr., who was also governor of Providence, in which his family has resided for centuries. He is the father of Providence delegate Joseph P. Leckhampstead, who holds the same position as he did when a member of the house. Leckhampstead is on the board of the Hummingbird Foundation, as well as Pewlett Quayle and Keyheed Industries.
