Otto (Baltian Alemannisch:Otto Wilhelm Friedrich Karl von Matensburg-Maußen, born 6 June 1970) is the Grand Duke of Transbaltia and the Prince-Elector of Runesburg. He has reigned since April 1998. He is the eldest child and only son of Grand Duchess Theresa I and Grand Duke-Consort Nicholas von Rödel, he is also a cousin to King August III of Rhodellia and Duke Gian IV of Verde.
