Attractions

The headquarters of the Nasionale Flieg Maatskappij Variota operate a small museum where visitors can, for a fee, enjoy a guided tour showing the history of the company as well as various models of the airplanes that are and have been in service of the company. The only hotel in the village, Johans Hut **, operates partially within the original farmhouse that founded the village in the 1600s and sells discounted museum tickets for the NFMV Headquarters Museum if you are a guest. Wiktor Walensa and his Sons of the Variotan Fatherland held a party rally in 1928 in the Johans Hut hotel and pictures from that time are visible in the hotel lobby.
