The Unitsen Bank of Southerland is a PyeMcGowian Multinational bank. It is PyeMcGowan’s second-largest bank and one of Argis’ oldest banks. It is also considered one of Eurth’s largest banks. The Bank was founded by three Unitsen brothers in Southerland, that had recently inherited their father’s shipping business, which was making a steady profit from the settling of Argis throughout the 14th and 15th centuries. The three brothers were keen to start a bank, handing out loans for eager settlers. After a decade they were dominating the Argic Market, rivalling Europa’s large banks. They became practically royalty, with lands granted by monarchs, and arranged marriages with noble families, including James Unitsen the third, marrying Princess Elen, second in line to the throne at the time, and mother of King Richard of PyeMcGowan.

Apart from private banking, UBS provides wealth management, asset management, and investment banking services for private, corporate, and institutional clients with international service. UBS manages the largest amount of private wealth in the world, counting approximately half of the world's billionaires among its clients. UBS is considered a global primary market maker. The bank also maintains numerous underground bank vaults, bunkers, and storage facilities for gold bars around the Flanaber Mountain Range and internationally. Partly due to its banking secrecy, it has been at the centre of numerous tax avoidance investigations undertaken by the Bank of PyeMcGowan and The Government of PyeMcGowan, along with multiple other nations.

The UBS Europan Headquarters in Cristina.

In 2005, UBS decided to open its Aurelia Headquarters in Manamana. Where it has been criticised for its use of the low corporate taxes. Leading to major protests along Galles Street, with other banks and corporations opening locations in the so called ‘tax haven’. The company has rejected these claims by saying that real estate was cheap, and the ground was stable, making it a primary candidate for an Aurelian HQ. The UBS Europa Headquarters is in Cristina, the building was constructed in 2005, replacing the New Palace Centre. The building consists of two large towers, along Monadic Plaza, which puts the complex at the heart of the Cristinese Financial District.
