Jean-Luc Colombe Émissaire (born 19 September 1969) is a Fravi politician serving as the Vice Premier of Fravina and Secretary of Foreign Affairs, as well as serving in the Wing of Legislation of the People's Council. He previously served as the Fravi ambassador to Seylos from 2008 to 2011.
