Jean Emmanuel Martin (18 February 1965 - 5 August 2021) was a Fravi politician. He served as a Vice President of Fravina, as part of the Vice Presidential Council, from 2003 to his death in 2021. He was the second longest-serving vice president of Fravina. He also previously served as the General Examiner of Fravina in the Wing of Examiners of the People's Council of Fravina from 2010 to 2016, during the 5 years in which Fravina lacked a formal executive branch.

He is the son of former Vice President Louis Martin and a member of the Martin family.
