Jean-Paul Lucien Yves Astley de Orléans LaClaire (6 May 1900 - 4 January 1988) was a Fravi politician and military leader who served as the 3rd President of Fravina from 1966 to 1976 and the 3rd Premier of Fravina from 1966 to 1981. During the Second Civil War of Fravina, he served as a lieutenant general in the Rose Army, most notable for his victory in the Siege of the Bloody Port. LaClaire was also responsible for the founding of the Fravi Air Force in 1960.
