The only time the State Councilor can be overridden by the Federal Chancellor on any executive matter is through an Executive Vote where the Chancellor has the majority of the Executive Ministers for their vote, otherwise the State Councilor cannot be overridden on any vote.

The State Councilor is the other member of the Federal Executive Presidium that makes up the collective Head of Government for the Ahranaian Union. The State Councilor is appointed by the Diarchs on advice from the National Council and serves a term not in association with the Federal Chancellor of Ahrana.
