Role & Authority
Role
the Role of the State Councilor is to serve as a member of the Federal Presidium with the Federal Chancellor on behalf of the Confederation or the Ahranaian Union of States. The Councilor is a member of the Head of Government in association with the Federal Chancellor and acts sort of a Deputy to the Federal Chancellor to which shares some Federal Authority with the State Councilor per the Act of Confederation.
Authority
In conjunction with the Federal Chancellor, the State Councilor has the same authority as the Federal Chancellor when the Chancellor in Office is unable to carryout their office functions or if they are removed from office by Impeachment and Indictment. The State Councilor is seen equal to the Federal Chancellor and has an equal vote on the Exectuive Council, Monarchs Privy Council, Defense Council, and the Federal Authority Council. The only time the State Councilor can be overridden by the Federal Chancellor on any executive matter is through an Executive Vote where the Chancellor has the majority of the Executive Ministers for their vote, otherwise the State Councilor cannot be overridden on any vote.
