The Arhcduchess of Holmkelsa or simply, Her Grace, Liv Bjorkman, is a Politician, Retired Decorated Military Officer, and a Moskovo University Alumni that is serving as the Federal Chancellor of the United Kingdom of Ahrana. She is deadened from the House of Bjorkmand when it was established in 1802 by the Imperial Government for Countess Bjorkman, Anna Bjorkman.

Her Grace, Liv Bjorkman, is part of the Federal Government, Diarchs Privy Council, War Council, the Parliament for the Loyalist Party, and a member of the University of Moskovo Board of Trustees. While carrying out her duties since turning the age of eighteen (18) in 2001 by serving in the Armed Forces of the Kingdom and completing University, she has been a mother since 1999 to her son, Robert Bjorkman, since the age of sixteen (16).
