The Secundinian Institute is a Tagmatine cultural institution that specialises in encouraging the knowledge of Tagmatine culture and the Laimiaic and Fragran languages. It is a wurldwide institution and currently works in five countries - however, the aim is to set up an institution in the capital of every country on Eurth. The organisation also aims to foster scientific, educational and technological cooperation with the Greater Holy Empire.

The institute fosters knowledge about Tagmatium by providing information on Tagmatine culture, society and politics.
