The Tonmai, also known as the Kedán are an ethnic group living in northwestern [[Rhava]]'s [[Thaboul]] province. The Tonmai are known for having lighter skin, and having a very different culture, language, and cuisine making it the most alien ethnicity in Rhava comparatively. The Tonmai are believed to of sailed to Rhava from the Ygros sea in the early 1500s. The Tonmai cook with spices such as za'atar, and make foods like Kibbeh, Shawarma, and Pita. The Tonmai capital is Al-cedaan, located in the north western corner of the Thaboul province. The largest city is Al-rasif, located centrally in the Thaboul province, on the coast.
