The TRIDENT Medal is an international military decoration which is awarded to the various militaries of member nations of the Tricontinental Defence Treaty Organisation (TRIDENT). It is manufactured by the Royal Mint of Gallambria in Bromwich, Gallambria.

Background

The TRIDENT Medal was first established March 2018 to recognise personnel who had served on operations as part of the Verde Blockade in the Verde Sea.

During formal discussions on the designs of the new medal, TRIDENT settled on three different ribbon styles - one for the TRIDENT Meritorious Service Medal, one for Article 5 operations, and one for Non-Article 5 operations. Participation in specific operations is distinguished by a bar worn on the ribbon of each medal awarded for that operation.

Regulations for wear

The Armed Forces of Gallambria permit a service member to wear all the TRIDENT medals they are entitle to, provided that the operation the TRIDENT medal is awarded for is not recognised by another medal awarded by Gallambria.

Order of wear

The order of wear for the medal differs for each member nation.
