The Secundinian Institute is a Tagmatine cultural institution that specialises in encouraging the knowledge of Tagmatine culture and the Laimiaic and Fragran languages. It is a wurldwide institution and currently works in five countries - however, the aim is to set up an institution in the capital of every country on Eurth. The organisation also aims to foster scientific, educational and technological cooperation with the Greater Holy Empire.

The institute is named after Tagmatine senator and novelist, Martyrius Ecdicius Secundinius. It is a non-departmental executive body and is sponsored by the Ministries of Culture, Education and Information.
