Kacheru is a Unitary Consitutional Monarchy within central Alharu located around Chenshas Lake. The capital of Kacheru is Seongdosu, which is situated in the eastern mountains of Kacheru. Kacheru is primarily ethnically Kacherun, though has a significant demographic contribution from Fulgistani groups. While the state government of Kacheru is officially secular, Kacheru has a significant Salamic and Ilsejohanic population, in addition to the practice of other faiths.
