Læniguëuíl is the capital and second most populous city of Gotneska. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. As of 23 November 2020, the municipality of Læniguëuíl had a population of 870,549, while the population of the city's greater urban area was 2,143,513, as of 4 November 2019. The metropolitan area had an estimated population of 2.87 million.
History
Læniguëuíl has a long and fascinating history. The modern City of Læniguëuíl was founded in 1009, but people have been living in the area for thousands of years before the city was ever created.
