[WIP] Baltasar Goulart (1554–1602) was a Feluguese naval officer who was responsible for the Four Years of Massacre from 1598 to 1602. He was Queen Isadora's confidant and right-hand man, where Baltasar's own figure stood out much more than the queen herself.
Early Life
Goulart was from Bastilla noble family and received thorough education in Iberic Empire. He later then trained and enlisted as naval officer. His recognised services had repelled the ($NameofGreatPirates) who approached the kingdom's territory. According to some historians, Baltasar's popularity had increased dramatically thanks to his services in quelling vicious pirates so that he was greatly hailed by everyone. Not long after, he became the queen's confidant.
