Hugo Lysandre Dellague, often nicknamed Lys, is the President of the Republic and Guide to Happiness of Florentia, one of its two heads of state and the leader of the People's Action, Florentia's main political party. He is also known for his deep links with the Florentian mafia and his musical works. While very popular in his own country, Hugo Dellague remains a controversial figure on the international scene because of his extremism and numerous criminal charges, including first degree murder and arson.
