The Arhomaiki Noimosyni Dykton (AND), known in Anglish as the Tagmatine Intelligence Network (TIN) is the combined foreign and internal intelligence service of the Greater Holy Empire of Tagmatium. The AND is tasked with gathering intelligence covertly, as well as processing and analysing it. Although human intelligence is its primary method in gathering intelligence, it also covers signals intelligence, cyber intelligence and imagery intelligence, as well as others. It is the principal intelligence service of Tagmatium and due to its nature as an amalgamated organisation, it reports to both the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Minister for Internal Affairs.

The internal intelligence agency and the foreign intelligence agencies still operate virtually independently of each other, with the Head (Laimiaic: Kefale tes Pliroforias) of the organisation coordinating the efforts of both. The internal intelligence part is called the Magistrianoi and the foreign intelligence called the Angeliaforoi. The former, named for and descended from agents employed by the Magister Officiorum. The latter are descended from a messenger service used by the Aroman emperors during the later period of the Aroman Empire. The activities are both are drawn together by the Office of Head of Intelligence, where they are then redirected to either the Ministries for Foreign Affairs, Internal Affairs or the military. The AND is not the only agency that conducts internal intelligence activities with Tagmatium, the other is the Internal Intelligence Inspectorate, which is subordinate to the Ministry for Internal Affairs. The Tagmatine Military also operates its own foreign and military intelligence service, the Mandatores. These organisations have a certain level of crossover and there is an element of antagonism towards each other because of this.

Since its foundation in 2005, the AND has expanded in both size and scope. This is because Tagmatium has taken a leading role in the affairs of Eurth since then, after a long period of virtual isolation that started after the Navarkokrateia seized control of the nation. Due to this break from the isolation of past decades and the need to monitor events in the New Wurld and Europa, the AND has seen larger amounts of the government's budget assigned to it. There have been recent, concerted attempts to gain the lead in both CYBINT and Cyber-HUMINT, especially through the Gigai Agroktimai project. The AND has also become infamous for using vessels masked as fishing trawlers to monitor the activities of foreign nations.
