The Klub fan'es Ferantwortelik'n, known in Anglish as The Council of Five, is a Variotan organisation consisting of the five heads of state of Het Huisselant Variota. Originally, the Klub was founded solely as a way to arrange for frequent informal discussions about the state of the nation by those leading it. Later, the Klub fan'es Ferantwortelik'n grew to include charity work headed by the same heads of state. In 2019, the Klub fan'es Ferantwortelik'n can count on two thousand volunteers throughout the five states as well as a current budget of nearly 55 million Waarttemun, primarily donated by individuals during their charity events and fundraisers.

Its five members meet every two months, or sooner if a majority of its members agree it's beneficial to meet. Additional charity projects and events are discussed followed by discussions on the state of the nation, politics and more. Regular meetings are not open to the public, exceptions have been made during emergencies or otherwise special occasions. Through its investment and grant platform, part of the charity operations, the Klub fan'es Ferantwortelik'n has been responsible for projects such as the construction of low-cost housing, revitalization of rural areas and the creation of a multitude of small businesses.
