The Legislature of the United Socialist Republic of North Dniester is the Congress of Peoples' which is the highest legislative authority in the Country. The legislature is made up of 350 Congress Deputies each elected from there local Prvoinces to serve as their Representative Deputy for the Congressional Session till election. The Congress meets at the Peoples' Congressional Palace in the capital, Trisapol, multiple times a year.
Power and Structure
The Congress of Peoples' has all legislative authority invested into it by the Constitution of the United Socialist Republic of North Dniester, while the Republic is found on Socialist Principles the current structure of the Congress is made up of Indepenents till the intrim government has passed off to an officially elected government.
While the Constitution does not lsit out the specific powers of the Legislature it does have the abiltiy and authority to vote, stike from law, and psuh through and create all legislation for the Socialist Republic. The Legislature also chooses the Prime Minister to serve in the Presidium of the Socialist Republic.
