The International Olympic Committee of Eurth (IOCE) is a Magnaen private non-governmental organization based in Venège, Magnaeus. It is the authority responsible for organizing the Summer and Winter Olympic Games. The IOCE is the controlling body for the National Olympic Committees (NOCs), which are the national constituents of the worldwide Olympic Movement.
