Drakam is a state in the eastern region of The Incorporated States of Cashar. It is bordered by the North Oriental Ocean to the north, the states of Maraka and Karan to the west, the state of Rabal to the east, and the state of Danar to the south. Its capital city is Gurud.

The state of Drakam gets its name from Gammid Drakam, the patriarch of a merchant family who came into power in 1730. The word "drakam" comes from Monetok and can be split into two parts: "drak" meaning "gold" and "am" meaning "loose." The term "loose gold" can refer to someone who is charitable or generous or someone who spends too much too fast.
