Herbert Walker-Busch is a Delamarian former politician, author and charity organiser, who served as President of Delamaria from 2008 to 2016. He was a Senator from New Bedford from 1984 to 1996, and became the first Secretary of Defence to serve in a rival party's presidential cabinet, as he served under George Cafferty, a member of the Liberal Party.
