Esonian, also known as Modern Esonian or sometimes Velisian, is a West Alharun language predominantly spoken by the inhabitants of Esonian archipelago. It is the official national language of Esonice. Esonian is part of the Yanese language family. However, Esonian has significant influence from Proto-Slavic a source and bares similarities to many modern day Slavic languages in Argis lexically, grammatically and phonologically to varying degrees.
