The Heihe State Peacekeeper Force, also known as the State Peacekeeper Force (SPF), is one of three major components of the criminal justice system of Heiheguo. The agency is tasked with maintaining order in the country and has an extensive public security system and a variety of enforcement procedures. The Autonomous City of Xincheng shares the same law enforcement.
